Established in 1984, Clover Telecom are specialists in the supply, installation and maintenance of a range of quality telephone systems and associated equipment.
Our three core aims are to keep our service to you
- flexible,
- personal and
- affordable.
Can we actually do this?
Yes! As a small company, with 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, it really is possible for us to provide a service which is individual – tailored to your needs and not ours. Our overheads are lower than other companies and this enables us to offer the most competitive prices in the industry.
At Clover, we like to tell you – “it’s not rocket science”. Unlike some of our competitors, we are determined to keep our business simple.

Q. I am moving offices and require one point of contact for all my voice and data needs.
A. We provide full cabling services either Cat 5e / 6e as well as conventional voice cabling. Irrespective of your requirements just call us on 01189 844424 and we’ll take it from there.
Q. Why should I have ISDN lines instead of analogue?
A. Do you need:
- Direct dial facilities?
- To see in the inbound callers number / name?
- To transfer calls off premises/
- these facilities in the immediate future?
If the answer to all these questions is
No, then analogue lines will suffice.
Q. What’s the difference between ISDN2e and ISDN30e?
A. ISDN2e [ circuit ] is 2 channels [
or lines ] of ISDN. BT / others provide
single or multiples of ISDN2e.
ISDN30e is a "bearer " that
BT / others provides which has the capacity
for 30 channels [ lines ]. The minimum
number of channels supplied by BT / others
is 8.
There are other considerations such as
equipment limitations within the telephone
system.
If you are in any doubt whatsoever, please
call us on 01189 844424.
Q. Do you provide
Broadband services?
A. Yes we do! We will arrange ADSL lines
from BT / others and then via your own
ISP [ Internet services provider ] get
you connected. We also supply firewalls
[ security filters ] routers, switches
and above all the expertise.
Q. Can we put
broadband on our telephone system?
A. Currently No. However there will soon
be telephone systems available which will
act as a Broadband router. Broadband is
a direct connection to the Internet and
as such is designed to carry data not
voice. Even this will change in time but
there are many technical issues which
need to be overcome first.
Q: What training do you offer with your products?
A: Full training, always. For further information see our Training page
