Can we actually do this?

Yes! As a small company, with 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, it really is possible for us to provide a service which is individual – tailored to your needs and not ours. Our overheads are lower than other companies and this enables us to offer the most competitive prices in the industry.

At Clover, we like to tell you – “it’s not rocket science”. Unlike some of our competitors, we are determined to keep our business simple.

Q. Why should I have ISDN lines instead of analogue?

A. Do you need:

  • To transfer calls off premises/
  • these facilities in the immediate future?

If the answer to all these questions is No, then analogue lines will suffice.

Q. What’s the difference between ISDN2e and ISDN30e?

A. ISDN2e [ circuit ] is 2 channels [ or lines ] of ISDN. BT / others provide single or multiples of ISDN2e.

ISDN30e is a "bearer " that BT / others provides which has the capacity for 30 channels [ lines ]. The minimum number of channels supplied by BT / others is 8.

There are other considerations such as equipment limitations within the telephone system.

Q. Can we put broadband on our telephone system?

A. Currently No. However there will soon be telephone systems available which will act as a Broadband router.
